It is a little bit overexposed, but - I think - that it's not easy to get good exposure if part of picture is covered by shadow of stormy clouds and other part has a snow under direct sunlight. You did excellent job Marek, again.

the color is good, interesting crop. the b&w version has way too much gray though, no crisp blacks or whites, no contrast at all. to some degree, the color version lacks an element of contrast, but it is not as apparent. photo could be sharper as well, especially in the foreground. i'm sorry i won't buy into things as fast as everyone else here.
